Simplified Holidays planning

The long-term planning module allows entering in advance the schedule of holidays of the personnel.

During the preparation of the schedules for one specific week , the engine of optimization takes account of the holidays and carries out even the automatic replacement if the employee had a fixed schedule.

Moreover, the software applies the same constraints and rules to determine the schedules.

In the case of non planned holidays, the module of replacement can provide the station either in block or per day according to the availabilities of the substitutes and as per preference of the organization.

It goes without saying that all the rules of replacements of the organization apply as for a replacement for leave or illness.
