NAPA Canada selected SHIFT SOLUTION to manage their Web Scheduling project.

The NAPA team’s objective is to always have the right number of employees at the right place at the right time.

Shift Solution allows them to achieve this using our intelligent forecasting module which predicts the sales demand and number of personnel necessary, so that adequate staffing levels can consequently be applied.

To accomplish this, Shift Solution projects the number of transactions that we can expect to be processed for the week to come, in each branch and for each sales department. Using this information as a scheduling base, it then automatically generates the staff’s schedules in function with NAPA’s projected needs.

The deployed system is 100% Web-centralized in Montreal to meet the requirements for 150 stores.

Each branch can operate the system in the language of their choice and according to the local management customs and parameters in place.
